I recently ordered 3 bottles of this supplement. When they arrived, it appeared that one bottle was ok, but the other two were melted from the summer heat. I did call VRS, and the two bottles were replaced. As I started to use the third bottle that I originally thought was ok, I realized the capsules at the bottle were damaged as well. I did not call back as I figured I should have asked for a full replacement to begin with. Even prior to this incident, the capsules are inconsistent. Some are very hard to pierce and squeeze out for my small dog who is too small to take the whole capsule. At my next vet appointment, I plan to ask about alternatives to treat my pup’s liver issues.

Our 9 year old dog has IBS and has been on steroids for years and has high liver scores. After about 4 months on Hepatic True Benefits his scores noticeably dropped. The liver supplement is definitely working.

My dog has been on these about a month. They were recommended by her vet because her liver enzymes were high and she has Cushing’s disease. I hope they’re helping. I wish they weren’t so big. I can hardly fit each in a pill pocket and my dog wouldn’t touch them if I opened them on her food.

My nearly 17-year-old Min-Pin has more vim and vigor after taking this supplement for a couple of months. The first month was hit or miss, as the capsules are too big for him to swallow. He got wise to the peanut butter balls pretty quickly. When disguised in his food, he spat it out and kept eating. So, I started cutting off the tip of a capsule with scissors and squeezing the contents onto his food, then mixed it in, which has worked fine.
