Q: Can I use a higher dose for stressful events?
A: We recommend speaking to your veterinarian regarding dosing of this product. Typically, if your pet is on a daily, maintenance dose and you are aware of an additional stressful event, the dose can be increased. Some dogs may need a higher dose in general. It’s important to make sure you give tranquillium® before the anxiety-inducing event occurs – up to 45 minutes before.

Q: Does tranquillium® contain any gluten?
A: tranquillium® is gluten-free. Some brewer's yeast can be gluten-positive depending on the medium on which its grown. Our brewer's yeast is grown on a vegetable base and is, therefore, gluten-free.

Q: Does it matter what time of day I give tranquillium®?
A: Since stress-inducing events can happen throughout the day, we recommend giving your dog tranquillium® in the morning if possible. Please work with your veterinarian to determine the best time for dosing.

A: The shelf life of tranquillium® is 2 years unopened and 6 months once opened.

Q: What happens if my cat were to eat this product?
A: A cat who accidentally eats this product could potentially experience mild diarrhea from the inactive ingredients.
