We’re here to help.

Our health coaches are veterinary technicians who are provided with in depth clinical training on our products. Each pet health coach goes through a rigorous educational program taught by our staff Veterinarians. They are an extension of your veterinarian’s practice, available to answer any questions you may have regarding our products and their recommendation. Our customer care representatives are here to assist you with any non-medical questions.

Jennifer Frey, BS - Small Animal Science: Customer Relations Supervisor

Jennifer Frey received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley College in 2006. During this time, Jenn began her career as a veterinary technician working with avian and exotic pets, in addition to dogs and cats in a general practice setting. With Jenn’s eagerness and desire to help animals, she furthered her experience in emergency and specialty medicine, Eastern and holistic practices, as well helping at her local animal shelter. Her love and passion for animal health shows with her interest in empowering pet owners by providing them with the information they need to make educated decisions in regards to their pets’ health.

Jenn started working as an Pet Health Coach to continue educating pet owners about the positive impact they can have when they focus on their pet’s dietary needs.

Nicole Chiorazzi, CVT : Pet Health Coach

Nicole joined the Pet Health Coach Team to continue educating pet owners and to provide a superior customer experience. Nicole previously worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician with experience in general practice, surgery and emergency veterinary medicine.  She earned her degrees from Harcum College in Veterinary Technology and Drew University in Political Science. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her Yorkie, Minnie.

Audrey Keruly, BS: Pet Health Coach

Audrey grew up on a small farm in the Philadelphia suburbs. She graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, MD with a degree in biology and veterinary studies. Her love for animals led her to volunteer at the SPCA while she was in school. After graduating, she worked in a vet hospital working one on one with animals as well as their owners. Prior to joining VRS, she went onto the corporate world, providing pet owners information about pet insurance. She lives with her with her two amazing corgis, Gracie and Martha.

Deanna Roundy, BS - Pre-Veterinary and Animal Biosciences: Pet Health Coach

Deanna is a graduate of University of Delaware, where she majored in Pre-Veterinary and Animal Biosciences, with a minor in Biology. She was heavily involved in the College of Agriculture’s Animal Science Club, as well as the national service sorority Gamma Sigma Sigma. She has a variety of experience volunteering and working in the large animal and companion animal field. Her experience at a local partnered veterinary hospital gave her firsthand insight into how well pets respond to nutritional supplementation. As a Pet Health Coach, she enjoys providing education and maintaining the personal connection between pet owner and company.  In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at a local horse farm and spending time with her sassy rabbit, Luna.

Jennifer Gurski, AS - Veterinary Technology: Pet Health Coach

Jennifer decided to attend the Veterinary Technology Program at Manor College after seeing the amazing emergency veterinary care her cat received after being injured. After graduating, she dedicated her veterinary career to the health and well being to felines in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia. After many years of feline health, Jennifer decided to join our team as a Pet Health Coach, because educating pet owners is what she has loved the most about her profession. Jennifer is so happy to be part of such a great company with an amazing message.

Tammy Perri, CVT: Pet Health Coach

Tammy has been working in the veterinary field since she was in high school.  She earned her degree from Harcum College in Veterinary Technology and has been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2001.  Before working as a Pet Health Coach, Tammy’s clinical experience included working in a fast paced referral hospital in Emergency/Critical Care.  In 2011, she transferred to Internal Medicine nursing because she missed the client education, long term patient monitoring and building relationships with clients and their pets.  Tammy thrives on helping pet owners make the best decision for their pet’s overall health and happiness.  Tammy lives with her husband and their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Kelly Chamberlin, BS - Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Animal Science: Pet Health Coach

Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Animal Science from University of Florida. During college, Kelly interned at local veterinary Hospitals, gaining experience in small and large animal medicine. After graduation, Kelly left her home state of Florida and accepted a job in western Pennsylvania. Kelly furthered her experience in emergency and general practice and then decided to join VRS as a Pet Health Coach. In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband Jason and son Austin.

Kevin Freed, A.A.S. Veterinary Technology: Pet Health Coach

Kevin studied music at Rowan University before joining Philadelphia’s music scene in the late 90’s. In addition to his role at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions, he has also been a working musician since 1992, playing large clubs and weddings from Boston to Washington DC. Kevin’s love for animals inspired him to get his degree in Veterinary Technology from Harcum College. Before health coaching, he worked in small animal hospitals focusing his interests in anesthesia and emergency nursing. Kevin continues his connection with Harcum College as he is a proud member of Harcum’s Veterinary Technology Board of Advisors. Kevin lives in Kennett Square, PA with his wife, daughter, and lab mix named Hazel. He is extremely grateful for the opportunity to fulfill a career in animal nutrition, educating pet owners about healthy supplementation and the positive benefits their pets will experience.

Kaelyn Renno: Customer Care Representative

Kaelyn graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Art History. She pursued her first passion of painting in South Carolina, where she worked on a series of oil paintings that captured the scenery of a local farm.   After returning to Pennsylvania, she turned to her second passion, animals.  She began a new role at a local Dog Daycare facility located in Pennsylvania where she learned how to manage large play groups of all-sized dogs, 60-80 dogs a day! She became fascinated with dog behavior and body language, and from that point on she knew she wanted to work with animals.  Two years later, she accepted a position at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions as a Customer Care Representative.

Michelle Greenspan: Customer Care Representative

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Delaware’s Communications program and a Philly native. Growing up with dogs her entire life, she always wanted to do something that benefited animals and their families. With a strong customer service background, she decided to put her skills to good use and was extremely excited to learn about the positive impact that VRS has on pets, owners and veterinary hospitals. As a customer care representative, she helps better the lives of animals and those who love them – in the same way that her dogs have always bettered hers. In her spare time she enjoys running half marathons and stopping to pet every dog she sees.
